Supervision Philosophy

My philosophy with supervision is founded in several core aspects:

Active, thorough and ongoing case review
Deep examination into transference and counter-transference as well as your personal biases, perspectives, and personally directed approaches.
Modality and intervention growth
Supervisee led agendas surrounding: clinical questions, self care approaches, career goals, training and support goals, and regular growth intentions.
Documentation and diagnostic review on a semi-regular basis.

Supervisee Requirements

For licensure:
- Supervisees must be eligible for registration and seeking licensure In Colorado or Illinois.
- New York candidates for licensure must be employed by either Resilience Lab, LLC or Willow Journey Wellness. New York does NOT allow private supervision towards licensure.
- Eligible licensures by state:
  - Colorado: LPCC, LSW, SWC
  - Illinois: LSW
  - New York: LMHC-C, LMSW
For growth:
- Individuals seeking consultation post-licensure may be licensed In any state, but preferably Colorado, Illinois, or New York.
- It Is understood that by practicing as a licensed person seeking consultation that you assume all liability and responsibility for your cases and that consultation supervision is meant only to receive recommendations/second opinions.

If employed by Resilience Lab, Behavioral Treatment Services, or Willow Journey Wellness, supervision Is a benefit of your employment and no additional costs are charged to the employee.
If seeking private supervision, hourly rates range from $100-$175.
