My philosophy for therapy is founded on the belief that healing is a multifaceted journey that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. I see healing as a process of restoration, transformation, and growth, where individuals have the opportunity to explore their inner world, cultivate self-awareness, and decide on a path towards wholeness and well-being.

I believe that healing should be a collaborative and empowering process that honors unique experiences, strengths, and challenges of each person.

My goal is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients can delve into their past wounds, navigate their present struggles, and envision a future filled with possibilities and resilience.

Through an eclectic blend of modalities and evidence based practices, I aim to help you access your innate capacity for healing, self-discovery, and self-compassion.

My work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker has focused on working with individuals with many life transitions and stressors including: substance use, mental health, religious deconstruction, domestic violence survivors and criminal justice-involved individuals.

Healing is not a linear journey but instead a cyclical process of growth and transformation. It involves embracing vulnerability, facing fears, and nurturing self-acceptance and self-love. Through a holistic approach that addresses the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, I work to support you in reconnecting with inner wisdom, finding balance, and reclaiming your sense of agency and purpose.

I strive to walk alongside clients as they navigate their healing journey, cultivate resilience, and rediscover their inherent wholeness and vitality.

I look forward to walking this journey with you.
